The Hurst organisation is a dynamic,
future-oriented company with roots firmly
planted in the gritty, pragmatic soils of
its Lincolnshire heritage. Established over
25 years ago and since then have built a solid
reputation as the provider of efficient, dependable
road haulage, distribution and warehousing
facilities to a substantial customer base
of blue-chip companies throughout the UK and
Europe. Today, we own and operate a modern
fleet of more than fifty vehicles from 1 tonne
transits to 44 tonne units, including box
vans, flats, tilts and tautliners.
We offer an extensive range of services throughout
the UK and Ireland for any size of consignment.
We are experienced in handling all types of
cargo, including dry freight and hazardous
loads. All drivers are ADR trained for the
carriage of Dangerous Goods to comply with
Road Traffic Regulations 1974. All business
is conducted and all goods are carried in
accordance with RHA Conditions of Carriage
1991. All vehicles are fitted with the latest
in-cab communications equipment and are serviced
and maintained on a regular basis by highly-qualified
servicing personnel, to fully comply with
DoT Road Traffic Regulations.
